2. Fee Structure & Payments
- All program fees (Half Day, Full Day, or Extended Day) must be paid as per the schedule communicated during enrollment.
- Fees are non-refundable except under special circumstances approved by management.
- Late fee payments may attract additional charges.
- Any changes in the fee structure will be communicated in advance.
3. Attendance & Timings
- Regular attendance is encouraged to ensure consistency and comfort for your child.
- Parents are expected to drop off and pick up their child within the specified time slots.
- Late pick-ups beyond operational hours may incur additional charges.
4. Health & Safety
- Parents must inform the school of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs of their child at the time of enrollment.
- Children showing symptoms of contagious illnesses (fever, cold, infection, etc.) must be kept at home until fully recovered.
- In case of emergencies, the school will take necessary first aid measures and immediately contact the parent/guardian.
- Our facility follows strict hygiene, safety, and supervision protocols to ensure every child’s well-being.
5. Personal Belongings
- Parents are requested to label all personal items (bottles, bags, clothes, etc.) with the child’s name.
- The school is not responsible for loss or damage to personal belongings.
6. Code of Conduct
- Respect and cooperation between parents, staff, and management are essential to maintaining a positive learning environment.
- Any inappropriate behavior, verbal abuse, or misconduct by parents/guardians may result in termination of enrollment.
- The school reserves the right to discontinue services if a child’s or parent’s behavior disrupts the well-being of others.
7. Photography & Media Consent
- The school may take photographs or videos of children during classroom activities or events for documentation and promotional purposes.
- Parents who do not wish their child’s photos to be used must inform the school in writing at the time of admission.
8. Website Usage

- Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution of website material is strictly prohibited.
- The school is not responsible for external links or third-party websites mentioned on our site.
